This one started as a simple "can you haul off some concrete?" call in Lexington Park. By the time we got there it was a full patio slab and a buried footer wedged against the foundation. So the crew brought the breaker out, cut it into pieces we could actually carry, dug the trench back to clean dirt, and stacked every last chunk in the truck by hand. Concrete is the heaviest thing we haul — most companies quote it and never call back. We showed up, broke it, and left a flat, swept pad behind.

A remodel only moves as fast as the debris leaves the building. We tear out the panels, the cabinet doors, the trim and the old carpet, carry it out room by room, and drop it straight into the bin at the curb. Contractors keep our number because a crew that shows up on demo day is worth more than a discount. Floors swept, doorways protected, nothing left for the next trade to trip over.

Nothing is too small. We'll swing the pickup by for one mattress, one couch, six kitchen chairs and a dead freezer — starting at $99, no minimum truckload games. And when it's the other extreme, a farm, an estate, five 15-yard loads and two PODs driven to Virginia, the same crew handles it with the same care. You point, we lift, we sweep, we're gone.

Some calls start with an apology. "I'm sorry, it's bad." It's never as bad as the customer thinks and it's never worse than what we did last Tuesday. A fiberglass hot tub gets cut into pieces small enough to carry out through a four-foot gate. A seized riding mower gets muscled up into the bin with the patio chairs and the scrap. A crawlspace full of rotted debris gets shoveled out by hand, masked up, and hauled to the transfer station the same afternoon. You don't have to clean up before we get there — that's the entire point of calling us.

Property managers, realtors and office admins run on deadlines, so we run on theirs. Filing cabinets dollied out to the curb, desks broken down, garages emptied wall-to-wall and swept before the photographer or the next tenant shows up. We work around business hours when we have to, send photos when the job's done, and invoice clean. Businesses can't always stop mid-day, so we don't make them. This one was a full office clear-out at a Lexington Park corporate building — cubicles, chairs, monitors and pallets of old files — staged after the last shift left and loaded into two trucks under the parking-lot lights. Same thing on the residential side: fences pulled down before a Saturday cookout, brush trailers hauled before the neighbors are up. Tell us the window; we'll work in it.

Fence panels rot, storms drop limbs, and the burn pile behind the shed becomes a permanent feature. We pull the posts, cut the rails down to trailer length, rake the ground clean and haul it all out in one trip — usually in an afternoon. We started with one truck in St. Mary's County and grew on referrals from farms, realtors, property managers, banks and families who just needed the junk gone. You'll deal with the owner, not a call center.

A note from the owner

"I started this with one truck and a promise I still keep."

Southern Maryland is home. My crew lives here, our kids go to school here, and the driveway we're standing in this afternoon probably belongs to somebody who knows somebody we already worked for. That's the whole business model — do the job right, charge what we said, and be the name people give their neighbor.

You get a price before we lift anything

Text photos or walk us through it on the phone. The number we give includes labor, transport and dump fees — it doesn't change once the truck is loaded.

You deal with the owner

Steven answers the phone, quotes the job and is usually on it. No call center, no dispatcher three states away reading a script.

Your property gets protected

Boards under the dumpster rails, blankets on the doorframes, brooms out before we leave. That's the standard on a $99 pickup and a five-load estate alike.

It doesn't all go to the landfill

Usable furniture goes to donation, metal and e-waste get recycled, and only what's genuinely trash gets tipped. Southern Maryland is home for us too.
