Good to know

Questions we hear every week.

Junk removal starts at $99 for most small or single items. Everything after that is volume-based — you pay for the space your stuff takes up in the truck. Your price includes labor, transportation and disposal fees. No hidden fees.

Yes — that's the fastest way. Text photos of what needs to go to 301-880-4766 and we'll send back a firm price. For larger jobs we recommend a quick walk-through so the quote is exact and there are no surprises on the day.

Very often, yes. A large share of our reviews mention same-day or next-day service. Call early in the day and we'll tell you honestly what we can fit in.

No. We place boards under the rails and set roll-offs carefully — customers specifically praise us for placing dumpsters with zero damage. Tell us where you want it and we'll make it work.

Hazardous materials, paints and chemicals, asbestos, and certain liquids are restricted by the landfill. Ask us before your job and we'll tell you exactly what's allowed and point you to the right disposal option.

Yes. We work with major banks and corporations, realtors, property managers and contractors on evictions, foreclosures, turnovers and ongoing debris removal. Ask about recurring bulk pickup in St. Mary's County.

Whenever we can. Usable furniture and goods go to donation drop-off, metal and e-waste get recycled, and only what's left goes to the landfill.

A few more things worth knowing

Do I need to be home?

Not if the items are accessible and you're okay approving the price by text. Plenty of our clean-outs happen while the owner is at work.

Can you take a single item?

Yes. Mattress, fridge, couch, hot tub, treadmill — single-item pickups start at $99 and we still carry it out of the room.

What happens to my stuff?

Anything usable goes to donation, metal goes to the scrap yard, and the rest goes to the transfer station. We keep it out of the woods and off the roadside.

Do you work with realtors and property managers?

Constantly. Turnovers, evictions, estate sales and pre-listing clean-outs, with before/after photos and clean invoicing.
